Returns & Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. So if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com. We typically reply within 24 hours.
You may return an item for any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase and within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We highly recommend trying on and check sizing before washing. We cannot accept returns of washed items.
An item can be returned/exchanged if in it is unused, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags.
Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse and 1-3 business days for exchange to be processed or refunds to be paid to your original form of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be eligible for return.
Our standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks. If for any reason you didn't receive your package within 30 days since your order was created you will be entitled to receive a refund .
If you received the item as a gift, please send us the buyer full name so we can track the order and act as proof of order.
Items that are on sale of 35% or more are non-refundable.
